Counseling helps you recognize unnamed feelings and pay attention to moments in a more mindful way. It helps to inform your big life decisions and make educated choices. It can help shape positive meaning to moments that sometimes seem meaningless. Personal reflection is an important part of learning the art of mindful intention and moving through life with increased happiness and joy. What was a moment in the past week that you hope you never forget? What feeling did it leave you with? What did you learn in that moment? How you move through experiences and pay attention to the unnamed in your life is important, but how you take the time to connect the dots between meaning and emotions is important to. Incorporating a weekly practice of reflection helps connect what we learn from today and incorporate it in our tomorrows.
